A targeted topic from our college transition curriculum — identity, relationships, academics, independence, or purpose.
5 min — Discussion
She connects the lesson to her own experience. This is where the insight lands.
10 min — Her coaching
This time belongs entirely to her. Whatever is hardest right now — that's what we work on.
Sessions are conducted by video but can be audio-only or even via text based on preference upon request. She receives a written follow-up plan after every session so she leaves with clarity, not just conversation.
